Privacy Policy
This policy describes what personal data prex.studio collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is short because the site collects very little. If that changes, this page changes first.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for any personal data described below. You are the Data Principal.
What this site collects
No accounts. No forms. No cookies. No third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
Two things happen anyway, and you should know about them:
1. Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is served: your IP address, browser type and version, the page requested, and the time of the request. This is automatic, it happens on essentially every website, and it exists so the site can be operated and protected from abuse. We do not use it to build a profile of you and we do not combine it with anything else.
2. Email you send us
If you write to hello@prex.studio, we hold your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever is in your message, for as long as needed to reply and to keep a record of the correspondence.
That is the complete list.
Why we hold it
Server logs: to operate the site, keep it available, and investigate abuse or faults.
Email: to answer you, and to keep a record of what was discussed.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who else sees it
| Who | What they receive | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Our hosting provider | The server log data above | To serve and protect the site |
| Our email provider | Messages sent to hello@prex.studio | To deliver and store correspondence |
That is the complete list. They act as processors on our instructions. We disclose personal data beyond this only where the law requires it.
Things people often assume are here and are not. We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics or advertising product. We do not load fonts, scripts or embeds from third-party servers; our typeface is served from our own domain, so your browser does not contact anyone else to render this page. We use Google Search Console, which reports on data Google already holds from crawling and from its own search results; it places nothing on this site and receives nothing about you from us.
Some providers above operate infrastructure outside India, so data may be stored or processed abroad in the ordinary course of running the site.
If we ever add a third party that receives data about you, it gets a row in the table above and the effective date at the top changes.
How long we keep it
Server logs: for a limited operational period set by our hosting provider, after which they are discarded in the ordinary course.
Email: for as long as the correspondence is live, and afterwards for as long as we may reasonably need it as a business record.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal data of yours we hold and what we have done with it
- correct or complete anything inaccurate
- erase it, where we are not required to keep it
- raise a grievance about how we have handled it
Write to hello@prex.studio and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, the Act provides for escalation to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This site is aimed at working professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Security
We keep the attack surface of this site small on purpose: no accounts, no database of visitors, no forms. That is a deliberate security measure rather than a missing feature. Email is held under the security controls of our email provider.
Changes
If what we collect changes, this page changes before the site does, and the effective date above is updated.
